Shipping Policy:
Manor House Doors can ship nationwide to the continental United States at the flat rates listed below. All online orders are currently handled over the phone. Please call toll-free 1-877-324-3962 to make payment and arrange shipping. All doors are professionally packed, crated, and wrapped to ensure safe and undamaged delivery.

Shipping Rates:
• 6/8 tall single door units: $199 per unit
• 6/8 tall double door units or units with sidelites: $299 per unit
• 8/0 tall door units, all configurations: $349 per unit

Rates are only for the continental United States of America (all USA except Alsaka and Hawaii). Please call us for rates outside the continental USA. Prices include both crating and freight . No tax is charged for orders outside of Texas, USA.

Will Call:
We offer will call at no additional charge from our warehouse located in Houston, Texas. Call us to arrange pick-up during normal business hours. Our friendly staff will even help you load your door.

Shipping Time:
Varies by current stock of doors. Our sales staff will be able to give you an estimate of delivery before you make payment.

Shipping Process:
Your order will be shipped ground via a truck freight company. Once the order is placed with us, we will provide you with all necessary information to connect you with the freight company. After the order ships, you will be contacted by the freight company to schedule a delivery time.

Delivery:
The freight company will deliver the door unit curbside to your home or job site. Products will be delivered to the back of the truck or the tailgate, and it is then your responsibility to unload, move, unpack and install the door unit. Lift gate service is optional, but additional charges apply, please ask for details. Manor House Doors assumes no responsibility or liability for damage to the product, personal injury to someone or any other issue that may arise due to moving the product from the curbside to the inside space.

Damage & Claims:
All merchandise is shipped free of damage and in accordance with the carrier 's packaging and shipping requirements. You are responsible for determining if your shipment has suffered in-transit freight damage. Carefully inspect the condition of this shipment. If there is evidence of packaging damage, the container should be opened and the contents inspected while the driver is present. Any damage should be specifically noted on the freight bill. Inspect your shipment within 48 hours of delivery. If concealed damage is found, immediately contact the delivering carrier and request an inspection. Failure to notify the carrier within the specified time may result in the claim being denied. Keep all packaging materials for inspection.

All damage claim filing, settlements, recovery and loss, are the responsibility of the consignee and the carrier involved.

Product returned without authorization will be refused.
